Outline of the final project

• Problem:
We saw lots of construction sites that are being built
in lower east sides. It’s really not safe around them, not easy to pass by, and the environment around them is dusty, dirty and especially really ugly.

• Solution:
Covering the ugly sites with visual stunning!

• Why?
-Creating a good-looking and cleaner environment for the LES
-Giving the artist more opportunities to show their artworks
-Reducing the dust and dirt around the construction sides
-Safer sidewalks to walk by

Final project

Our design problem in LES is too much of graffiti everywhere, so we are going to solve this problem with making a public place for good graffities. Through providing both bad and good grafitties we can compare them. Hiro is going to research what material will be used in our graffitie board; Sophie is going to take photographs of place, where we are going to put our boards. Eunice and Diana are going to interview people in the LES and get some their opinions of graffitie art.
